We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we're here to help!

Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original, sealed and unused condition.
• To start a return, contact us at kobra@essencebyko.com.au.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund status.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item, please place a new order and return the sealed original.

Non-returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Sale items (if marked final sale)
• Items opened, used, or damaged by the customer
